A fun tweak on the classic rondo drill - get more players involved
We all love the pig in the middle drill before our warm-up drills. This is a version of that, that involves more players and has a different feel to it.
Instead of going four against one, this one is played six against two. I sometimes do this one in two groups on the court (16 players occupied) and then use the remaning players to shoot some easy shots on the goalies, before the warm-up drills on court are executed.
