xProgress is an independent publication launched by me, David Jansson. Here you find floorball drills, game analysis, posts about floorball tactics and much more. And later on, I will also start selling playbooks of floorball's systems as one-time purchases. Everything except the podcast will be provided in English, to make sure that the material is accessible to as many people as possible.

On my coaching resumé, I have coached the Swiss men's national team for eight years, Pixbo in the men's SSL for four years and Köniz in the men's NLA for two years. I am currently working as a game and player developer for Team Thorengruppen in the women's SSL.

Playbooks

During spring time, I will start pumping out complete defensive playbooks, covering all floorball defensive systems. There will be a mixture between text and commentated videos. These will be sold separately as a one-time purchases.

Later on, I will also create offensive playbooks against all common systems, as well as special playbooks devoted to powerplay and 6-on-5, penalty killing and free shots.

Feeling lost in the lingo?

Here you will find explanations to all the tactical and analytical language, as well as a wordlist to translate the most important words used (English 🇬🇧, Swedish 🇸🇪 and German 🇩🇪) and the definitions of the game situations in floorball. The wordlist will keep on evolving with time.

Community

All members can comment on posts, and reply on other peoples thoughts through answering the actual comment. I will frequently be monitoring the comment secion and answer your related questions.
