Solving tricky situations on defense

This is a conditioned game to improve your decision making on defense, when you have to scramble to try and survive panic situations in your own end.

Balls, nets and courts

This is a small area game, where there are lots of flexibility for the coach. The number of nets (and goalies), courts and balls can be altered to your needs or the number of players attending practice that day.

How many are actually playing?

Small area game, where the coach decides how many players will be active per shift. Fun and light way of working on your skills.

Over the central line | Multiple drills

A skills drill where movement across the cental line is the important thing. A add-on opens up for an east-west pass, to boost the chance of the ball ending up in the net.

Pre-shot movement work | Multiple drills

A short pass east-west before the shot is fired, increases the chance of the ball making its way past the goalie. In these two drills, we work at that.

Triple pass while moving backwards

A way of adding extra touches to a different route than normal, during goalie warm-up drills.

The 180 spin

This is a drill, that is very simple and plain - but with a little technical twist in the end.

Upgrades to the carousel

You have all seen it and tried it, probably the most used drill in floorball history. The carousel from the corner. But there are so many ways to make it better and more efficient. Let us have a look at that.

The three second player

This is a small area game, where the teams can gain an advantage by adding a temporary player for a shorter numerical advantage.

Backchecker on the middle line | 2-on-1

This is an activation drill to bridge the gap between the goalie warm-up and skills part, and the game part of the practice.
