Creating odd-man situations against the 2-1-2 system

The 2-1-2 is a very popular defense system in floorball. And that means your team is probably playing this system a lot. This is one of my favourite ways of playing against the system.
The thought process here, is breaking the opponent's system down into situations involving one defensive player at a time. You want to isolate them and surround them with at least two of your own players, and start creating favourable matchups. Attacking two-on-one or three-on-one is way easier than going five-on-five, so to speak.
This will lead to quality zone entries and better opportunities for the decisive plays later on in the offensive zone.
What is very interesting here, is the fact that the opponent's center is not at all part of it. He has almost no chance of defending, since everything is on the perimeter, until the scoring chance emerges.
