New writer | Mattias Hall

This is a great moment for the xProgress platform. I could not imagine the amount of positive feedback and also the number of people who have reached out with the will to contribute to the site.
Me and Mattias go a long time back, but mostly from playing/coaching against eachother, and then during the last years establishing a connection in Umeå, Sweden – where we both live. Mattias and I have met on several occasions during the last weeks, talking about his will to contribute to the floorball scene. He has already been on a podcast, teasing the work he will do for xProgress.
I think he will be able to put a deserved spotlight on the defensive part of floorball, which I really look forward to reading. I also know that he will be on brand with the rest of the xProgress type of writing, combining numbers and eyetest.

Why I Contribute to xProgress
With over 20 years of experience in elite floorball, I want to give back by sharing the insights, lessons, and perspectives I’ve gathered throughout my career. My hope is to support and inspire others who are driven to grow within the sport. I believe floorball can only keep evolving if we help each other by sharing knowledge — so that not everyone has to reinvent the wheel.
