Offensive decision making - my frame work for teaching players

In floorball, there is of course an ongoing discussion about what is most important to devote resources on. Offense and scoring goals? Defense and preventing goals? The five seconds after a possession change and the transition that follows?

If I only had one pick that was the only thing I was able to work on with a team - I would choose offensive decision making. I would strongly argue, that it should have a higher priority amongst coaches. It is a weirdly underrated topic in floorball. I especially think there is a huge advantage to have a common language about decision making in your line, team, club or association.

Today I am launching a new online course about offensive decision making. And for my xProgress gold members, this post is a sneak peak on the online course, only for you. It explains the basics, and then the online course is where I go really deep into the subject.

I feel strongly that this online course is an area where I can really give you something to enhance the way you think about the game of floorball.

Just like with the online course about the 2-2-1 system, you can go through the online course in your own tempo. This one is over an hour of commented video presentations and commented game film with drawings.

The online course about offensive decision making is available below at the end of this post, or directly via Gumroad if you click here.
