You sign up for the online course, and then you decide for yourself in what tempo you want to go through it. Once it is bought, you can stream the material whenever and wherever you want to.

Defensive systems

2-1-2 (and M)

This one is about the different versions of the 2-1-2 system, including the M-system. A five on a dice (🎲) system with a static, central center from the beginning, that has evolved into a system you could also use to play very aggressive with your center.
