Let us have a look at a comparison between this game and the WFC final from 2024 in Malmö.

WFC final 2024 | Only 5-on-5 play

And now the two power houses met again, though under different circumstances. Only 12 field players and a reduced playing time of 3 times 15 minutes.

WG final 2025 | Only 5-on-5 play

Sweden for sure had a better showing this time. The most noticeable being that they limited Finland to zero high danger shot attempts, while producing three of their own.

In terms of scoring, the five-on-five scoring ended up 2-0 in favour of Sweden.
