The sun drills | Multiple drills

This drill is called the sun, because of the players running in circles around, never crossing the middle. Here are two versions. What differs, is who is passing to which player in the end. Watch the drawings and video clips below.

In this first one, the second player in the lines, will in the end play passes to a player coming from the other line.
