One of the most important things for sustainable success with the ball in floorball, is to get past the first wave of defense with quality. Too often, you see teams being satisfied with just throwing longer balls to the corners without any plan how to create from there.

The bronze medal game between Czechia and Switzerland in the women's U19 WFC in Italy was a great game to use to exemplify the importance of getting past the first wave with quality.
