Today I have a very good add-on to the "Shadow me if you can" drill that I gave you last week. Feel free to go back and have a look at that one, if you want to see it again for a better understanding of this one.

Now, as a progression to that drill, we will add another situation – an odd-man rush going back against the net that did not get a shot fired at it. This way, the drill lasts a bit longer and gets another layer of decision making added to it.

As for the rotation of the players, all players who have been active in the drill, always change for the opposing line (staying on the same team).
